Access to RBXBlade requires the establishment of a user profile ("Profile"). During registration, you commit to supplying truthful, comprehensive, and current information. Maintaining the accuracy of your Profile details remains your ongoing obligation.

You bear full responsibility for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities conducted through your Profile. RBXBlade disclaims liability for unauthorized access to or misuse of your Profile resulting from inadequate security measures on your part.

RBXBlade functions as an entertainment platform utilizing exclusively virtual currency ("Digital Tokens") for gameplay activities. These Digital Tokens possess zero real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased with or converted to actual currency, including USD or any other legal tender.

You expressly acknowledge that all Digital Tokens, virtual items, content, and rewards acquired through RBXBlade are purely fictional and serve entertainment purposes exclusively within our Platform's ecosystem. These digital assets do not constitute real-world currency, property, or tangible assets.

Any attempts to monetize, trade, sell, or exchange Digital Tokens or virtual items for real-world value are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination. RBXBlade neither supports nor facilitates any form of real-money gambling or transactions.

Platform activities may incorporate elements of chance or randomized outcomes, but these mechanics are purely entertainment-based and bear no connection to actual monetary gains or losses. All gaming experiences are designed as arcade-style entertainment with no real-world financial implications.

RBXBlade delivers entertainment experiences inspired by Roblox fandom, featuring virtual content and Digital Tokens. Participation in Platform activities confirms your understanding that these experiences are purely recreational and offer no opportunity to acquire real-world monetary value or physical items.

Users must adhere to all established guidelines and regulations for each gaming experience offered on RBXBlade. Violations of these guidelines may result in disciplinary actions, including Profile suspension or permanent termination.

Transfers of Digital Tokens and virtual items depend on Platform availability and functionality. RBXBlade assumes no liability for transaction delays, service interruptions, or feature unavailability.

You acknowledge that RBXBlade bears no responsibility for transaction failures resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, user mistakes, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting Platform operations.

For technical issues involving missing virtual items, users must contact our support team within 72 hours of the incident occurrence. All support requests require comprehensive documentation, including unedited video evidence of the technical issue.

Virtual items used in gaming activities for the first time become ineligible for recovery. Support assistance is provided at our discretion, and RBXBlade accepts no responsibility for virtual asset losses occurring during Platform usage.

RBXBlade maintains the authority to restrict or suspend Profiles that breach Platform regulations, demonstrate abusive conduct, or attempt system manipulation through deceptive practices. Such actions may be implemented at our sole discretion without advance warning.

Our moderation team possesses the authority to implement appropriate measures, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, to preserve a positive environment for all Platform users.

Your use of RBXBlade occurs entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBXBlade disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform usage, including technical difficulties, service interruptions, or Digital Token-related issues.

RBXBlade accepts no responsibility for content errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, including virtual item descriptions, pricing information, or availability status.

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that compromise Platform integrity, including automated software usage, bot deployment, or third-party tools designed to manipulate or exploit RBXBlade systems.

Participation in cheating, system intrusion, or fraudulent activities will result in immediate Profile termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities when applicable.

RBXBlade disclaims liability for service disruptions, performance delays, or operational failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including system malfunctions and technical infrastructure issues.

During such events, RBXBlade will implement reasonable measures to restore Platform functionality as expeditiously as possible.

RBXBlade reserves the right to terminate or suspend user Profiles at our discretion, with or without justification, and without advance notification. Profile termination may occur for Agreement violations, abusive conduct, fraudulent manipulation attempts, or breaches of Platform regulations.

RBXBlade bears no responsibility for external account restrictions, including Roblox account penalties, suspensions, or limitations. Profile termination due to Agreement breaches results in forfeiture of all virtual content, items, and Digital Tokens.

All virtual content, digital items, and Platform assets remain the intellectual property of RBXBlade or respective copyright holders, protected under applicable intellectual property legislation.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative creation, or public display of Platform content is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization.

RBXBlade may experience periodic service interruptions, including scheduled maintenance periods and system enhancement activities.

RBXBlade disclaims liability for any losses or damages resulting from such service disruptions or technical difficulties.
